Fund Raising

Each year the Notts PAC nominate a charity to support for the season and hold fund raising events. Doing what we love and earning money for a worthy charity while doing it - perfect!!

 2009 - 2010

Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance Service

We all pray that we will never need this service but unfortunately many people do each year. Anyone who takes part in outside activities like ours runs the risk of needing the use of an air-lift to hospital should something bad happen. The service receives no public funding and relies 100% on donations from charities and the help of volunteers.

For these reasons, the Air ambulance Service has beenn nominated by members to receive our support this season.

Fundraising

To help raise funds this year, we have got a sponsored fish-in arranged for Sunday 29th November 2009 at a private stillwater at Girton. Special thanks to Mick Cobb for giving us free access to his exclusive fishery for the event. For all those who wish to take part in this event, please contact the ROs for a sponsorship form.  Sponsor forms will also be available at meetings. 100% of funds raised will go directly to the charity. Full member support would be very much appreciated. A very worthy charity, saving lives in our region - so dig deep lads.
